The house has a high standard with fridge, freezer, stove with oven, microwave and all kitchen equipment. Tiles in BV and bathroom and wooden floor upstairs. All equipment and amenities are included for wonderful holiday weeks in summer, spring, autumn or winter. Includes WIFI (fiber), smart TV with Boxer, Fiber, large patio, grill and a parking space by the house. We offer bicycle, kayak rental and a hot tub for those who wish. We have a rental contract with generous cancellation terms and you always rent directly from us as the owner. As a tenant, you always have us available for questions and tips. You clean yourself and leave the house in the same condition as you arrived. We always carry out a review with you on arrival and an inspection on departure. You can buy for cleaning for SEK 900, but you are responsible for garbage and recycling management. Hypoallergenic as we do not accept pets out of consideration for all our guests.
