Description
The house is locating very idyllic 50 meters from the sea, between two mountains. It´s a calm and undisturbed location. The garden is shot off people´s view.
In the big house there´s 6 beds (one has a junior size, 170 cm)
There´s one big room with a table, sofa and six chairs for dining and also a group of sofa and armchairs for relaxing.
In the kitchen we have fridge/freezer, warm and cold water, microwave owen, stove/owen, dish machine, coffee maker, toaster and a wc-room.
It´s fully equipped with plates, glasses, forks, knives, spoons, pans and everything you need in the kitchen.
The shower is approx ten meters from the big house (between the big and the small house).
We have a big terrace around the house with two group of sofas and armchairs and one garden hammock.
At the terrace there´s an electrical grill and a pan for deep frying. It´s a big family garden with sandpit.
It´s 50 meter to the sea.
In the small house there´s two rooms, four beds, no kitchen. But there´s a washbasin, a group of sofa and many wardrobes plus a music machine.
We never rent the both houses to different families, which not know each other, so therefor you never share the garden with anyone.
It´s 10 km to Strömstad and 10 km to the Norweigian border (The famous bridge over Svinesund). There´s a big shopping center (Nordby)
6 km north and there are also other shopping centers in Svinesund.
In Strömstad there´s a lot of things to do; shopping, boattrips, walking along the harbour with many beatiful boats, coffeeshops, bars, restaurants
and nightclubs.
You can also play golf; 1 km from our house (Dyne golf) and antother one 10 km from the house (Stömstad golf).
