Description
We rent out our unique and charming house with a high standard with the seaside location. A house that appeals to the demanding traveler. The atmosphere in the house is something special; every detail is thought out with great consideration. Bright and open floor plan, with large windows and many doors to the garden, makes wonderful contact with the surroundings. The fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere during the late summer evenings, and a glass veranda is a wonderful place for relaxation and recreation. On a bathrobe distance is the sandy beach.
An open and bright feel welcome you into the hall that has a gray tile floor with white painted walls. Hall extends into the generous joined surfaces with broad oak planks on the floor. Large paned windows along the entire wall and several double porch doors let in nice light from the garden. From the living room with fireplace, you pass onto the glass veranda with black slate floors and large mullioned windows.
The kitchen is a massive birch kitchen that is well equipped with both gas and a hob from Gaggenau. On the ground floor, there is a larger spa-like bathroom with a sauna and a guest toilet. Upstairs there is a bathroom with a shower.
The master bedroom has its own entrance to the bathroom and the ability to access the confidential greenery. On ground floor is another bedroom with a single bed and space for a mattress. Upstairs there is a separate sleeping area with two small rooms. One with a bed and the other with space for a mattress. On the same floor, there is a large living room with a sofa and a TV.
The garden has two patios, a lounge group, a dining area, and a Weber gas grill. Around the corner, there are beautiful hiking and walking trails, several bays for fishing, and good opportunities for mountain biking. Torslanda Golf Club can be found five kilometers from the house, and you easily access the archipelago by ferries from Varholmen.
