This wonderful house is surrounded by a natural garden with two cosy patios and plenty of space for outdoor play. The house has four bedrooms; one has a king size bed, one with a sofa bed for 2 persons and two rooms have bunk beds. Furthermore, there are two modern bathrooms with shower / WC and washing machine, a modern and spacious kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher and a large open and bright dining area. The living room (with large panoramic windows facing the beautiful surroundings) has a sofa, TV and fireplace. One part of the house has a ceiling with a loft with room for 2 persons (only adult). Total capacity of the house is 10 beds and there is for all enough seating and tableware.
The house can be rented year round.
The house is situated beautifully in Backåkra - Hagestad nature reserve, on the coast midway between Ystad and Simrishamn.
Near the house is well-known fishing villages with smokehouses, Ale Stones (mini stone henge), Glimmingehus, golf courses and the popular white sand beach.
400 meters from the house is Dag Hammarskjold’s Backåkra with its museum and well-visited meditation spot.
5km to the business, 2 km to the cafe, restaurant and miniature golf, 1 km from the beach.
Directions
Getting here: Take the coast road from Ystad to Simrishamn pass Kåseberga and Löderups Strandbad and turn right at Backåkra 5km before Sandhammaren.
