THE HÄLLEVIKSSTRAND RESORT In Hälleviksstrand, the old cottages and boathouses are lined up, a wide bay runs through the entire community. Here there is a nice and popular swimming area with a newly built jetty. There are several dining options to choose from, all of which have wonderful sea views. In addition to the lovely surroundings directly adjacent to the cottage, there are many other activities to explore in Hälleviksstrand. If you fancy a sauna, the newly built Sauna Andstensholmen is located right by the sea and the bathing area. Rent a kayak and discover fantastic bays and islands. There are also tennis and paddle courts. THE HOUSE Cozy cottage on a wonderful plot bordering nature and protective mountains. If it gets too quiet, put on your walking shoes and stroll to lovely Hälleviksstrand. In Hälleviksstrand you have both a restaurant, a kiosk and nice bathing spots. In the cabin there is a large cozy bedroom with a double bed 180 cm and 2 beds, 90 cm. There is a toilet directly adjacent to the bedroom. New fresh kitchen with dining area for 6 people and corner sofa. Bathroom with wc, shower and washing machine. From the kitchen you also reach the sleeping loft with a double bed 160 cm. Wifi via fiber is included. The house is located at the far end of a small gravel road, here it is calm and quiet. The surroundings are fantastically beautiful with mountains and heather right outside. There are several patios adjacent to the cottage. Outdoor furniture and charcoal grill are available. Hammocks and swing. Large fantastic grassy areas and mountains to climb. Direct connection to hiking trails and nice walking path to Hällevikstrands community with swimming area and restaurant. There is another cottage next to the main house. If you are a larger party, it is possible to rent this as well (2 beds + 1 extra bed).

WHAT TO DO IN ORUST If you like hiking, there is the pilgrim trail where you hike across meadows & through forest between Orusts churches. Fishing for crabs is fun for both young and old children and only requires a bucket and a line. Try camel riding at Myckleby Nedergård, rent a boat & discover your own bathing cliffs & bays, learn about the life of bees at Tavlebords honey farm, buy locally produced & of course fresh fish & freshly cooked seafood at farms & in shops around the island! Dont miss Mollösund and our car-free islands, Gullholmen and Käringön. Take a trip to Tjörn, here, just like on Orust, there are several beautiful old archipelago communities and here they have invested in super nice cycle paths, some of them run along the sea. Dont miss the Pilane sculpture in Hällene and the Nordic Watercolor Museum in Skärhamn has experiences for both young and old. A creative cultural center with watercolor art from all over the world, at the same time that Pilane offers world-class art in the middle of a Bohuslan cultural landscape among graveyards and grazing sheep. Säby Kiles nature reserve is a wonderful trip, many bird species thrive here that benefit from the rich aquatic life. At Sundsby Säteri you can enjoy something good in the cafe and restaurant. There are also hiking trails and caves in the mountains. By car: 30 min to Tjörnbro Arena: swimming pool, trampoline park, bicycle rental, playground, adventure golf, etc. 10 min to Göksäter, little Ullared. 35 min to Stenungssunds Torg, for shopping 45 min to Torp Köpcentrum 40 min to Hafsten, 28c pool area, large playground, high-altitude track, Swedens longest Zipline, etc. 50 min to Barnens Lekstad Kungälv 1h 10 min to Nordens Ark 1h 15 min to Havets Hus in Lysekil 1 10 min to Gothenburg-Liseberg, Universeum
