Welcome to the lovely Kavlanda which is located between Orust and Bokenäs.
Here it is really “bathrobe distance” to both sandy beach and jetty.
With the fantastic location just 50 meters from the beach and the cottage has most of what you need during the holidays. What more could you want?

Imagine waking up early in the morning and going down to the sea and taking a morning swim before everyone wakes up, it’s wonderful
Or why not go down to the sea late at night and take a night bath. Should it feel a little chilly, you have a good hot sauna to enjoy in the cottage.
During the day, you challenge the children in a crab fishing competition.

The cottage is suitable for a family or for two small families who want to enjoy the peace, quiet and who love to swim.

THE HOUSE
ENTRANCE
Directly inside the door is a hall and to the right is the toilet, with washing machine and sink.
On the left hand side in the hall there is a bedroom with a bunk bed and then a bedroom with a double bed. The shower and sauna are on the left hand side after the bedroom. When you then enter the kitchen and the living room, you are immediately struck by the fantastic view. Here you also have a stove and dishwasher, as well as the door to the large lovely terrace.

THE LOFT
On the loft you have a bed, 105 cm and a 90 bed, as well as a small sofa and TV, which has the “Telia package”

NOTE:
– New pictures soon on the bedroom downstairs (will have two new beds) and in the loft some furniture will be replaced.
– Dog only on request.
– Electricity is not included in the price
-There is an extra bed, which is folding.
– Not more then 8 people in the cottage

THE SURROUNDINGS
BEACH
The beach in Kavlanda is lovely with almost Mediterranean sand. The bottom is both stone and sand, so bring bathing shoes for sensitive feet. There is also a large jetty here.
Kavlanda have not only a wonderful beach there is also a nice walking area here.

FISHING SOCIETIES
If you want to visit a fishing community, there are plenty here, visit Fiskebäckskil, Grundsund and Rågårdsvik, the wonderful archipelago resorts.
In Lysekil you have the “sea house” lots of restaurants, cozy shops and “Stångehuvud“
Hafsten resort offers outdoor pools, playgrounds, beaches, restaurants and a high-altitude course, yes everything you could wish for if it gets too quiet at Kavlanda jetty.

To do at the island Orust & Tjörn
ORUST
The pilgrimage trail on Orust is eight kilometers long and connects eight churches. It runs in a loop and forms an eight, and is just one of many beautiful hiking trails on the island. Tavlebord’s honey farm where you and your children, in a very educational way, can see how bees live and make honey. Here you can also buy delicious “Fika” (coffee & pastries) and honey candies. Visit wonderful “Fröken Trulls” good food and you can shop antiques and flowers. A day trip to car-free island Gullholmen or Käringön is a must, the ferries depart from Tuvesvik.

TJÖRN
An excursion Pilarne, Wildlife Nature sculpture under the open sky or walk to the Säby kiles nature reserve is a wonderful trip. Here is Bohuslän’s largest pasture land in old agricultural environment, When you get tired of nature you stop at Sörgårdens Interiör & Café for a good cup of coffee under the trees in the garden.
