Welcome to one of Lofsdalens best areas, Höglandet, approx. 800 meters above sea level.
Ski-in / Ski-out and Bike-in / Bike-out location. Cabin with fairy-tale views.
10 beds – 140 sqm – 3 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms. (Extra beds and baby cots are available upon request, please specify when booking)

THE CABIN
A superb location with endless fairy-tale views of the mountains and Lake Lofssjön. Fully equipped, beautiful and fresh cabin with very large social areas open to the ridge - a cabin to enjoy and socialize in.
Ski-in / Ski-out and Bike-in / Bike-out via a ski trail approx. 50-75 meters from the cabin. Walking distance approx. 500 meters to cross-country tracks, trail center, snowmobile trails, and hiking paths.
You access the ski-in / ski-out and bike-in / bike-out trail right by the BBQ hut (the BBQ hut is available for the property owners and our guests, for example for cozy lunches).

The Cabin: Large entrance hall with hat and shoe racks. Adjacent to the entrance is a large laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, drying cabinet, clotheslines, countertop with sink, cleaning cabinet, and central vacuum system. The entire cabin features a high cathedral ceiling, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a TV corner with a 65 Smart TV (Telia basic package, Chromecast, TV4Play, HBO Max, and 100 Mbit Wi-Fi) along with a lovely wood-burning stove. Access to a large south-facing terrace, also with direct access from the relaxation area.

1 bedroom with 3 beds (1 family bunk bed with a single top bunk).
1 bedroom with 5 beds (1 family bunk bed with a single top bunk, 1 standard bunk bed).
1 bathroom with WC, shower, sauna, and relaxation area.

The cabin features an outdoor barbecue area (barbecue also on the terrace during summer season) and outdoor furniture for wonderful days in a south-facing position. Facilities include a Smart TV with Chromecast, free Netflix, TV4Play, HBO Max, 100 Mbit Wi-Fi, soundbar, Bluetooth, sauna, fireplace, underfloor heating, washing machine, tumble dryer, drying cabinet, clotheslines for ski clothing, dishwasher, stovetop, built-in oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, sandwich grill, waffle iron, electric mixer, etc.
Outdoor storage room for skis and equipment.

We have a Charging Box for Electric and Hybrid cars (cost 4 SEK per kilowatt hour) - bring your own cable. NOTE WARNING! Regular outlets must not be used for charging cars due to high fire hazard and cable damage inside walls and ceilings, which is not covered by insurance.

WINTER IN LOFSDALEN
Lofsdalen is a high-altitude and snow-secure destination. The lift system features 25 slopes of all difficulty levels, with Swedens largest vertical drop south of Åre. Rännan is one of Swedens steepest groomed slopes with a 42-degree incline. The 6-chair lifts take you back to the cabin and from the valley up to the top of Mount Hovärken (1,125 meters above sea level) to the Mackmyra Skybar.
Downhill and cross-country skiing, snowmobile mecca, snowcat tours to the waffle hut, ice fishing, reindeer visits in Sörvattnet, or visiting the Muskox Centre approx. 50 minutes away by car, fatbiking, padel hall, access to the BBQ hut, dog sledding, wood-fired sauna, and swimming by the mountain stream, lift to the top to Mackmyra Skybar for whiskey and beer tastings, etc.
Lofsdalen offers great services including a grocery store, restaurants, bakery and café, sports shop with ski and mountain bike rentals, snowmobile rental, padel hall, bowling alley, indoor playground, gas station, etc. It retains all the charm of a genuine mountain village with rarely any lift queues and very affordable lift pass prices – the cheapest in the mountains at 1,995 SEK (adult 6 days 2023-2024). New SkiCenter with ski lockers, etc.

SUMMER IN LOFSDALEN
Lofsdalen offers a wide variety of activities during the summer season. Experience unforgettable hiking, fishing in the Rainbow Trout Pond with guaranteed catch for dinner, a Bike Park with several tracks for both beginners and advanced MTB cyclists, a beach with a lovely sandy shore, or go out on the lake with the sauna boat serving food and drinks. You can also explore Lake Lofssjön by paddleboard, go cloudberry picking, or spend a night in the Bears Den with a 98% chance of seeing wild brown bears in their natural environment with permitted bait feeding. Enjoy beer and whiskey tastings in Europes highest-altitude Mackmyra Skybar, visit the 5-court padel hall, make small excursions to Tännäs to spot the prehistoric muskoxen approx. 50 minutes away by car, swim near natural waterfalls, or try mountain golf with five golf courses located just 45 minutes away by car: 1. Hede 2. Idre 3. Ramundberget 4. Sveg 5. Klövsjö. You can also just relax on the terrace and watch the reindeers walking outside the cabin, and much more – a summer week just flies away.

Directions
BY CAR
From Malmö / Helsingborg: It is 880 km to fantastic skiing from Malmö. Drive north on the E4 to Jönköping. Take road 47 towards Mullsjö, then road 26 to Mariestad - Kristinehamn - Filipstad - Lesjöfors - Mora. Take road 45 to Mora - Orsa - Sveg. From Sveg, take road 84 to Linsell and turn towards Lofsdalen.

From Gothenburg: Pack your bags and drive 610 km to lovely Härjedalen. Take road 45 towards Lödöse - Trollhättan - Mellerud - Åmål - Säffle - Grums - Torsby - Stöllet - Malung - Mora - Orsa - Sveg. From Sveg, take road 84 to Linsell and turn towards Lofsdalen.

From Stockholm: A ski resort near Stockholm - only 500 km to the snow. Drive north on the E4 towards Uppsala - Gävle until Tönnebro. Take road 83 via Bollnäs, then road 84 to Ljusdal - Sveg - Linsell. Turn towards Lofsdalen at Linsell.

FLIGHT TO LOFSDALEN
You can reach Lofsdalen from Stockholm Arlanda in just 2.5 hours. Jonair offers daily flights between Sveg and Arlanda from Monday to Friday and on Sundays. Book your ticket at jonair.se.
