Welcome to our cozy cottage in Åhus, a quiet area and perfect for relaxation. Enjoy sunny days on the beach or walks along the picturesque streets of Åhus. The cottage is 50 m2 with a large veranda. Here you can wake up to birdsong and have your morning coffee on the veranda. Here you live in a fantastic location with walking distance (5-10 minutes) to the beach, restaurants and heated outdoor pool, tennis courts and everything else Åhus has to offer, etc. It is located on a large plot (1700 m2) that is shared with another cottage. The cottages can also be rented together - perfect for larger groups. See the other cottage under Properties from the same landlord. Email us if you wish to rent both. The cottage has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a new large sofa bed (160), dining table and TV. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker. Gas and a barbecue grill are available. The tenant is responsible for ensuring that the cottage is cleaned upon check-out no later than 10:00. Prices 2025: 7000 SEK / week 2026: 7600 SEK / week Booking 2000 SEK is paid upon booking, the remaining amount 1 week before arrival. Check-in: Saturday after 12:00 and check-out Saturday before 10:00, or by agreement. We look forward to hearing from you!
