Two newly renovated dream houses and a newly renovated guest house just by the water with private pier and rowboat, private sauna and beach only 50 meters away. Its 2 large cottages and a cottage with a double bed - in total 3 houses!
Both of the larger houses were renovated in 2016! Modern kitchen, both cottages have air conditioning, flat tv with HDMI-cable, stereo with bluetooth and bathroom and shower.
Newly renovated bathrooms with floor heating and wood fired sauna in the small cottage. The bathroom in the larger cottage has a combined washing machine and tumble dryer.
Wonderful archipelago with great fishing options.

Activities and more:
Barbecue and outdoor furniture to enjoy the large yard by the water. You may also go to the archipelago and have a barbecue there.
Options to rent a new electric motor for trolling and to explore the archipelago for 1000 sek per week. The boat is plug and play: two 95Ah batteries available in the boat so all you have to do is to plug in the cord by the socket on the pier.
Wifi in the cottage (ADSL).
Parking available and you may drive the whole way to the yard.
The cottage is only rented out for whole weeks during the period June-July, other periods it may be possible.

Upon rental of the cottages we use a standard contract for rental of holiday houses and electronic signature with bank ID so it is safe for everyone.
Because to the serenity of the area the cottage is only rented to those wishing a stay close to nature for themselves, their friends and families.
