Description

The plot
5000 sqm plot in perfect southern location with wonderful lake views to the east, south and southwest. If the sun shines, well then it shines on the plot and house from morning to evening. The house is located high on this mountain plot which has a few trees. Own jetty with sailboat depth and small sandy beach next to it. Below the plot is a public walking path along the water. The archipelago boat pier is located right on the eastern edge of the plot, which is both idyllic and comfortable. The entire property is protected from privacy.

Buildings
The main house of about 90 sqm has a hall with roof, spacious hall with entrance to relatively large bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Then a small hall with entrance to guest room with single bed, large master bedroom with windows facing south and panoramic views of the sea, here is also a door to the terrace. The living room has a seating area with wood burning stove and TV, open kitchen area with plenty of cabinets, work surfaces, sink and refrigerator and dining table with seating for 6-8 people. Another seat by the windows facing the sea, here you can sit and just enjoy the view of the beautiful sea and nearby islands or see the Finnish ferries in the distance.
There is also a door out to the large terrace where you are happy to eat meals
or just sit and relax with the archipelago as company.
The kitchen has a stove with oven, kitchen fan, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, whirlpool, kettle and plenty of other kitchen equipment for both cooking and meals such as plates, cutlery, glasses, bowls, dishes, etc. Everything is there, you just need to bring the food!
The guest cottage of about 40 sqm has a first room with a family bunk bed (80 cm + 120cm), and from here you can reach the laundry room with sink and shower and sauna. The next room has a sofa bed and a door facing south. A smaller room with toilet and sink is accessed from the outside.
The guest house also houses a workshop / storage room, and that there is
also a shed and woodshed on the plot.
The holiday home is from 1977 with new constructions and extensions during
the 1980s and 1990s. All the houses are in good condition with ongoing maintenance. Perfect accommodation for a family or generational accommodation for a summer week or two!

Hemmarö
The island is quite large, with many walking paths through forest and old arable land. Smaller parts of the island consist of holiday homes, and the island has no shops or the like. About 300 meters from the house is a large sandy beach that invites to swimming and sunbathing together with other islanders. You reach the island through the archipelago boat that docks Hemmarö at two piers, whereby Söderängshållplatsen is right next to the property. See timetable 25 at https://waxholmsbola...r. You can also ride your own boat and dock at your own pier, or ride a taxi boat. Parking space at Gärdsnäs bridge can be borrowed.

Other
Very good mobile coverage on the island. Water from own well which is shared with 5 other properties, the water supply is good with excellent drink quality. A rowing boat and two sea kayaks belong to the property and can be borrowed for use in the local area. Duvets and pillows for seven people, bring your own bed linen and other linen. Barbecue and plenty of outdoor furniture. Garbage collection for household waste is included, we compost biological waste. Recycling such as glass, metal and possibly other waste is brought to the mainland. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning, cleaning materials are available. Tenant brings all food (there is no shop on the island), as well as other consumables such as toilet paper, detergent, etc. Radio and TV (standard offer). No smoking indoors.

Directions
Take the E18 towards Norrtälje, and continue on the E18 towards Kapellskär. Turn south on Gamla Väsbyvägen, turn left onto road 278 (Furusundsvägen), when you come to Solö, park according to instructions and take Waxholmsbåt Skraken. With Skraken you then travel for about 10 minutes and get off at the pier Söderäng (Hemmarö), the house is located up the hill from where the boat docks.
