Summerhouse in beautiful and peaceful surroundings with possibilities to relax away from the stress of city life. The building is located 100 m from a small lake, Klarsjön, with crystal clear water. There are possibilities to swim from a small sandy beach or from a few secluded cliffs. You can also take walks along forest tracks, pick mushrooms or berries in season and maybe get the opportunity to see some wild animals as deer, elk, wild hogs badgers or some interesting birds in the nearby lake.
Klarsjön is situated among forests, meadows and farmland only 8 km from the small ancient town of Söderköping and Göta Kanal. It is 20 km to the city of Norrköping with its opera house, a number of museums, railway station and international airport. To Kolmården famous zoo it is 45 km.
The atrium house of about 60+40 m2 has an open plan. The small modern kitchen has warm and cold water, electric cooking stove with oven, micro oven, combined refrigerator and freezer, coffee peculator, toaster and other kitchenware. In the sitting area there is a modern TV set. There is also a hot and cold shower and WC. In the middle of the house there is an efficient modern wood stove which heats the house nicely during cold spring and autumn earnings. From the big balcony you will have a beautiful view of the forest and one of the lakes. In the garden you will find some furniture and a charcoal grill.
The house is let for 1-3 persons for SEK 3800 (€430) per week of witch 10 % at the booking and the rest upon arrival. Free parking. Guests are expected to bring there own bedlinen and towels and clean the house upon departure. Equipment available. Dogs and smoking is not permitted on the premisses.
