Description
Rent a cosy cottage that is located in an environment that looks like it is taken from the novels of Astrid Lindgren! This small soldiers cottage is located in southern Östergötland and it is surrounded by forest and pasture land. You can both enjoy the silence and peace and still easily be able to reach tourist attractions like the old wooden city in Eksjö and Astrid Lindgrens World in Vimmerby. Bathing and fishing is available approximately 500 metres away. You can also say hello to our hens, chickens and friendly cats on our farm nearby!
The cottage lies on a hill and has a magnificent view. Inside the house there is one bedroom with two beds on the upper floor and one living room with a two persons sofa bed and a fireplace on the ground floor. If you need extra beds we can offer mattrasses and/or a baby bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is electricity inside the house but tap water is found in the garden.
During summertime we offer guided tours in our bee hives and in August and September you can buy a crayfishing tour. More information and pictures are found on www.blixtorp.se.
