Well planned, fully equipped, fresh Little cottage heated all year round, only 10 years old. Balcony at the front with hammock, deckchairs, grill + outdoor furniture at the back Secluded in a forest glade with its own forest/nature plot approx. 30m from the house, & only a few km from Gotlands best designated swimming beaches & fishing spots such as Sjauster & Grynge, Sandviken & Katthammarsvik etc.

KITCHEN: fully equipped drawers & cupboards, benchtop dishwasher, trinette kitchen, fan, fridge + freezer & benchtop oven, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, kettle, Sodastream, toaster, stick blender, food processor. Table, 4 chairs + folding chair, cleaning wardrobe with full cleaning equipment + 1 wardrobe.

BEDROOM in the north: 3 single beds 90+90+80 cm, patio door, view over the forest landscape and the back patio, blackout roller blinds, 2 wardrobes, 42 TV on swivel arm with Comhem 29 channels. Wireless fiber WIFi. + an 80x200cm bunk bed with new 18cm mattresses in the living room/kitchen opposite the bathroom. Drapery towards the kitchen. Wardrobe with extra sheets & towels.

BATHROOM: fully tiled, underfloor heating, flush toilet, sink, shower, 7kg washing machine, hairdryer, silent automatic dehumidifier, hairdryer.

Private parking & storage in front of Lillstugan. In the storage there are games etc.

Dishwashing liquid, + salt, dish brush cloths, kitchen towels, plastic bags, foil, coffee filter, spices, detergent, shower items, grill charcoal etc. available, + 1 toilet & kitchen paper. Sheets & towels are available, left washed.

The number of residents must not exceed the number of beds, i.e. from 1 to 5 people. No smoking inside the cabin.

PRICES:*Low season: SEK 3900/year other
*Intermediate season: SEK 4900/year 25,26 & 33-35
*HIGH SEASON: SEK 5900/year 27-32. Exchange day: SATURDAY. Access to the cabin from 14:00 to 13:00 the following Saturday. You choose how many places you want to stay during the week, but the price is per week. Does NOT last for weeks on registration of interest alone. Booking fee approx. 35% applies as a booking (Repaid if we find a replacement) The rest is paid on arrival.

Welcome letter/Welcome agreement is sent when booking with more information such as things to think about, cleaning instructions, the surroundings, etc. via email.

Locally there are: Bus stop, and bicycles for rent at the entrance and the nearest neighbor 150m away, local farm shops with eggs, meat, vegetables & sheepskin, grocery store, fish smokehouses, restaurants, cafes, craft houses, studios, medieval market, cultural center etc. Natural beauty Herrgårdsklint & Torsburgen, & hiking trails such as Linnés & Östkustleden. Ljugarn 1 mile & Visby 4.6 miles.

*Guest review: Thank you for this cozy weekend in the little cabin. We all had a blast! It is located in a super nice environment. The location is good with cycling distance to both swimming and shops. The cabin is small but everything is well placed and everything is there. Once again, thanks and Happy Easter, the Sandberg family wishes Small but naggingly good, rarely has the saying fit better than at Katarinas little cabin in Gammelgarn. The cabin is very well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of kitchen equipment, outdoor furniture, barbecue and more. In addition, a rich selection of games for both indoor and outdoor use. The cottage is strategically located in Östergarnlandet with several fine beaches and attractions within (adult) cycling distance. Our beach favorite was Sjaustre, although Grynge and Sandviken are not far behind. The Tempo store in Katt(hammars)vik has a good range. The ancient castle Herrgårdsklint (3km from the cabin) is well worth a visit, not least for the view. If youre really lucky, you can also hear the landladys beautiful song in the evening. /Magnus and Annika (who had a party week in the cabin!)

Our stay here in the cottage has been super nice!! We were pleasantly surprised by how nice, clean and well-equipped this place is. Despite the hot weather, we still managed to get a good cross draft and the fans are a big plus. There is really nothing to complain about, only praise and a warm thank you from us. A small cozy house in the forest in Östergarnlandet. When you see the house from the outside, it looks very small. But guess how surprised you will be when you enter. The small house is spacious and very well stocked. You will not be dissatisfied, the house is equipped with everything you need. From kitchen utensils to board games. Yes, everything. My two teenagers and I had a great time in the house and the landlord was very accommodating and helpful. Sincerely, Elisabeth

Nice accommodation close to everything in Östergarnlandet. We stayed with 2 adults and 2 small children for 2 weeks. The cabin is not very large but has everything needed and corresponded to the expectation according to the description. v31-32

We are very pleased with this cozy and homely accommodation that offered its finest sides with Östergarnlandets nature and attractions. Ancient castles, flea markets, good ice cream, handicrafts, sandy beaches and shops close by have made the week in your little cabin such a nice holiday life. Sleeping in and sitting in the cabin during rainy days has also contributed to total relaxation. The patios and the hammock have been used extensively, we have really enjoyed ourselves here.
