Description
Three charming cottages, a stone house with kitchen and living rooms, plus two wooden houses with five respectively three beds for rent weekly. The buildings are located 300 meters from the sea in a small summerhouse area adjacent to the beautiful coastal road along Kalmar Sound.
This is the perfect summer accommodation, all rooms have their own exit to the nature. The stone house in the old style built in 2003 is cozy and here the whole party gets a place to cook together and eat around the large table that seats 10 people. The kitchen is equipped with an old wood stove, a stove with induction hob and oven, a counter refrigerator with freezer compartment. In the adjoining living room there is a sofa with TV with wifi. Several patios with sun from morning to evening. Gas grill and spice garden.
The residential building with bathroom and laundry room was built in 2018. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with three beds. A guest cottage of 15 m2 with 3 beds is also available. A wood-fired sauna can also be included if agreed. The houses are located overlooking a nature area with a small quarry.
Öland is the narrowest here so it is very close to the coast and beaches on both sides of the island. It is also possible to swim in a quarry in the area, 150 meters from the house. Close to restaurants, grocery store and bakery. More pictures can be sent if interested.
Directions
25 km north of Borgholm along the coastal road between Djupvik and Sandvik is Harrys road. You can turn off from country road 136 towards Lofta village and after the village turn off towards the sea on Harrys road.
