Around the cottage there are several thousand years of history in the landscape with tombs and tombs (house grounds) from 3000 to 2000 years back. The dwelling house and the grand piano were built from the end of the 1600s and 1700s in stone that was broken in the surrounding area. The farm is 250 ha and the leasehold land is 456 ha which is grazed by cows, horses and sheep. The farm also has free-range chickens, dogs and cats. At Tajnungs Farm there is also a farm shop where sales of the farms lambskin, lamb meat, honey, crayfish and vegetables take place. 1 km from the farm there is a lake of 4.5 ha for swimming. If you want to go to the sea, lies the scenic Ihre sandy beach 5 km south or north out in Kappelshamn there is a small protected bath inside the bay.
