Dream house right by the sea, 7 km south of Visby. Next to the beach (200 m) is Fridhems café and restaurant with homemade treats. 2 km to Kneippbyn with adventure park, water park, several restaurants, shop, concerts, Pippi Longstocking theatre, mini golf, padel and tennis courts! Suderbys golf course is within walking distance, Visby Golfklubb (Kronholmen) is 21 km away, Tofta is 16 km away. Also perfect location for fishing, Ygne and Högklint are some of the best places for sea trout fishing.
During the summer, check-in day is on Saturdays and we only rent weekly. During the low season a minimum of 3 days is required
The accommodation
It is one of the largest houses on Gotland with large social areas. Two large living rooms, large kitchen that is fully equipped, dining furniture in the kitchen as well as living room for 10 people, large terrace with outdoor BBQ, dining furniture + lounge. So perfect for 2 families with children and maybe grandparents or a group of friends.
The house has 5 bedrooms with 10 beds distributed as follows:
2 double beds 180x200, 2 bunk beds of the Hjallerup type 80/120x200 and a regular bunk bed 90x200. The Hjallerup beds can accommodate 2 children or 1 couple in the lower part (120 cm).
Unique local environment with incredibly beautiful walking paths, beaches and meadows. Full of sheep, lambs, horses, cows, hedgehogs etc. Large grassy areas and fruit trees in the garden.

Pets are allowed but NOT on the upper floor or in the beds and sofas, due to allergies. The downstairs bathroom has a sauna, there is a fireplace, sea view from the upper floor, quiet street with almost no traffic. Space for 4 cars on the driveway.
Mandatory cleaning service: 1 800 SEK (180€)/rental.
Sheets + towels are available for rent for 170 SEK (17€)/set.

From Visby harbour: turn right onto Färjeleden towards Toftavägen/Väg 140 for 3 min (1.6 km)
At the roundabout, take the 1st right onto Toftavägen/Väg 140 south, continue for 6 min (5.9 km)
At the next roundabout take the 1st right onto Vibble Högklintsvägen (sign Kneippbyn)
After 3 km turn right onto Högklint Fridhemsvägen, then take the 1st right onto Högklint Fridtorpsvägen. Number 14.
