Description
Lilleryds cottage is located in the scenic County of Kinda between Lake Åsunden and Nimmern right where Östgötaslätten breaks up against the Småland highlands. The result is a varied landscape in which both the open country landscape, with grazing cattle and cropland, and forest literally lies on the doorstep. The area has extensive canoe routes and rich wildlife with deer, elk, badgers, foxes, hares and birds of prey.

The cottage has a fully equipped farm kitchen with cooking facilities, fridge / freezer, cooker (also wood stove for alternative cooking) and coffee maker. Large living room with DVD and fireplace. Newly constructed lovely outdoor shower (temperatured) and light and fresh compost toilet next to the house. Small porch and large patio garden, hammock and barbecue. Internet access, CD player. Parking.

Ground floor:
Kitchen and living room with sleeping space for one person.
First floor: attic with 2 beds (can be pulled together into a double bed) and double bedroom. Possibility of an extra bed in both rooms.

Extension: Light and fresh compost toilet.
Newly built heated outdoor shower.

The kitchen has a summer water, shower is heated by solar energy.

Sea Nimmern 2 minutes by car (fishing).
Åsunden 10 minutes by car (shallow family beach).
Åsunden at Björkfors 15 minutes by car (canoe rental).
Hakssjön 20 minutes walk in rough terrain (forest lake with bathing cliff).
