Living room with sofa and 50 inch LCD TV with the free channels (SVT1, SVt2, SVT24, SVT- children, TV4, TV6. Very nice kitchen with new dishwasher, fridge and freezer, stove, oven and off course equipped with “all the necessary” kitchen appliances (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.). Only 400 yards from the House is the well-known Anna’s’ bakery located, where you can pick up fresh bread every morning or have breakfast or just a cup of coffee and cakes. The beaches are located on both sides of the peninsula neck. Facing Denmark, it is some 500 yards to the water, but the best beach is located on the other side approx. 1000 yards in direction east . In easy reach, about 300 yards there are very good municipal communications with Malmoe and Copenhagen city / airport, travel time 35 and 45 minutes respectively. For those of you who wish to play golf, there are two top courses just around the bend,(2 miles / 6 miles) Ljunghusens GC and Falsterbo GC . Within about 30 minutes by car you can reach another 50 golf courses. Check in earliest 15.00 Saturdays. Check out latest 11.00 Saturdays. You bring your own sheets and towels. Final house cleaning can be arranged for SEK 1 000, but it must be pre-booked minimum 2 weeks in advance. Directions From Malmoe / Copenhagen gos south on road E6 towards Trelleborg. After Vellinge (approx 6 miles south of Malmoe) turn off the motorway Rd 100 towards Skanor-Falsterbo. Drive for another 6-7 miles until you cross the bridge over the Falsterbo channel. Turn left after 6-700 yards after having passed Annas Bakery onto Elvabovagen. Turn immediatly left onto Gottakravagen and then directly left.
