Description
This cottage is ideally located close to the forrest and hills on one side and just a short walk to the river Klarälven with a sand beach on the other side. You can easily enjoy canoeing, rafting, walking, fishing, swimming, biking, moose safari etc in the surroundings close to the house. During the winter you will have a wounderful view of the ski slopes, gondola lift and the wonderful childrens area Sydpoolen and can easily reach the nearest lift that is only 50 meters away.
The cottage is 51 sqm divided into two bedrooms, living room with kitchen, sauna, bathroom and a cozy loft. In total there are 8 beds. There is also a lockable storage/ski storage and a patio facing west with table and benches.
The kitchen is brand new for the 2012 season and is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay such as: stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with separate freezer, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, kettle and of course the waffle iron. The living room has a large kitchen table with seating for all, high chair, sofa, stereo, a new flat TV with cable TV connection and DVD player.
The bathroom is equipped with toilet, shower and your own sauna.
In bedroom 1 there is a double bed and in bedroom 2 there is a family bed (bunk bed with a wider lower bed). There is also a baby bed (duvet and pillow not included). In the loft there are two bunk beds.
