Description
Welcome to our newly renovated cottage in the countryside village of Kimstad.
The stuga (cottage in Swedish) is located on our property bordering the forest and is surrounded by beautiful nature. You can observe deer and birds in tranquility as it is surrounded by nature. You have plenty of opportunities for short walks and longer hikes to the many nature reserves around Kimstad. Kimstad is between Norrköping (15km) and Linköping (30km). There are also adult bikes to borrow for free to visit the Löfstad Slott castle (4km) or Norsholm (5km) and the many cafés around there. Kimstad is very close to Göta Kanal (5km), and conveniently situated to visit Kolmården Zoo (30km).
There is a bedroom with a kingsize bed (180cm) for two adults, which can be split into two single beds (90cm) upon request.
The convertible sofa (120cm) can host two more adults (or kids) in the living room. We have also a crib for toddlers to borrow.
Bed linens and towels are provided.
There is a small kitchen (equipped with fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, induction plates, microwave oven, hand mixer etc.) and a practical bathroom (with hot water). Outside seatings. A BBQ grill is also available.
Wifi is available.
We have two SUP boards and one inflatable kayak to rent if you wish to navigate on the Göta Kanal, the river Motala Ström, or on lake Roxen or Glan nearby (300kr/day).
Pets are welcome (100kr extra/stay).
Cleaning is not included (100kr extra/stay).

Directions
The cottage is easily accessible from the E4 between Norrköping and Linköping. You can park your car right outside the cottage. There is space for an RV / camping car if needed (which can be charged for a fee). The train station is also 1km away, easily accessible on foot in 10min, with regular commuter trains to downtown Linköping and Norrköping.
