Looking forward to your dream holiday in southern Sweden! Charming villa with an area of 110 square metres in Ryd/Fridafors is available for rent. Surrounded by the beautiful nature, you can look forward to relaxing days with fresh air and countless opportunities for an active holiday. Surrounded by a variety of attractions and destinations, every day will be a highlight of your stay. The newly renovated house can accommodate up to 6 guests (with 2 extra beds in the loft) and is situated on a plot of 1,050 square metres. With three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, bath and toilet, a separate guest toilet and a fully equipped kitchen, there is something for every guest. We also welcome dogs, and the property is fully fenced. Please note that our holiday home is non-smoking. Here is the floor plan: **Ground floor:** On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with a cosy fireplace, a comfortable seating area and a workspace if you need to do some work during your stay. A modern smart TV will keep you entertained even in bad weather or evenings. The rustic kitchen has the classic wood-burning cast-iron stove from old Swedish houses, but the equipment is modern and convenient with an oven, hob and microwave. There is also a dining table and a guest toilet to complete the ground floor. **1st floor:** Upstairs there are three bedrooms that provide plenty of space for both friends and family. There is one bedroom with a double bed and spring mattress, one bedroom with two single beds and spring mattresses, and one bedroom with a kids-double-floor-bed. A small staircase leads to a loft with two extra single beds. **Area:** The holiday home is located in the middle of Fridafors, about 35 kilometres north of Karlshamn in Småland. It is an excellent starting point for exploring many interesting places and activities. In addition to the Baltic Sea, there are several bathing lakes nearby. The scenic salmon river Mörrum meanders through the village, and the nearest grocery store is in Ryd, while Olofström (15 km) offers a wider range including Lidl, Maxi Ica, Willys and smaller shops. If you want to visit major cities, Malmö and Kalmar are within a 2 to 2.5 hour drive, while Växjö and Karlskrona are just an hour away. Gothenburg can be reached in three hours and Stockholm in five. Our cottage has all the modern amenities without compromising the genuine experience. There is fresh municipal drinking water. There is a petrol station and car repair shop around the corner, as well as a flea market and a small delicatessen that sells delicious products every Wednesday (Delikatess Grabbarna). **Facilities and furnishings:** You wont have to miss any amenities in our holiday home. The kitchen has a new induction hob (safe for the little ones), oven, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker. A Soda Stream gives you the option of carbonated water without plastic bottles.
