Weekend cottage of 88 m2, built in 1940 and extended in 2005.

A tiled kitchen with hot and cold water all year round, underfloor heating, wood-burning stove, electric glass hob, convection oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, housewares.
A dining room with table and chairs for about 6 people.
A living room with wood-burning stove, sofa group, TV with several channels + DVD.
Two bedrooms, one with double bed, cot, large wardrobe and underfloor heating. In the second bedroom one floor up there is a 120 cm wide bed and access to a folding extra bed and extra mattresses. Bed linen is not included, the user must bring their own.
A bathroom with shower and toilet, sink, electric heated towel rail, underfloor heating. Towels are not included, the user must bring their own.
Laundry room with a combined washing machine and dryer, sink.
Wifi is available throughout the house. Various party games are available to borrow.
Wood-fired sauna in a separate building with access to hot water and opportunities to wash. Access to firewood is available.
Large plot with lawns, flower beds, bushes and fruit trees and some parts as natural plot. Two wooden decks with garden furniture, a smaller one at the front of the house and a large one at the back of the house. Access to an outdoor grill is available. A woodshed with access to firewood is available.
The house is located on a small side road which is shared with the nearest neighbour. Two nearby neighboring houses in the south and west, in the north and east the forest runs into the knot.

The house is beautifully situated in Skärsnäs with lots of forest and lakes all around. The areas magnificent nature is called Swedens southernmost wilderness and offers recreation, hiking, jogging, swimming, fishing, hunting, canoeing, mushroom picking, skiing, cycling, etc. Nearby there are several places that offer many outdoor activities such as the nature reserves Skärsnäs, Brotorpet and Nytebodskogen; ecopark Raslången; the leisure area Lerjevallen; the forest and sport fishing area Harasjömåla; Skåneleden hiking trail, etc. Immeln together with the neighboring lakes Filkesjön, Raslången and Halen form an extensive canoeing area.
For those interested in literature, it can also be mentioned that the childhood home of the Nobel prize-winning author Harry Martinson is in Nyteboda, very close by.

The user is responsible for the house being well cleaned before it is returned. Payment of rent is made in advance before arrival. Would prefer it to be rented weekly, but that can be discussed.
