The perfect location if you want to live in the country but still close to Borgholm and Köpingsvik about 2 km to both. Large house from 1900 on 2 floors with 4 separate bedrooms, kitchen, 1 toilet with shower, TV room downstairs and TV in the hall upstairs. Partly renovated in older style. All electricity is newly replaced by electricians. For the winter, it will continue to be renovated with some new wallpaper, floors, etc. The house belongs to an old farmhouse so there are several outbuildings around the yard these are used for storing things only by us so no one else has access to them. More pictures are available if interested. Horses and cows graze around the knots so that flies and cow dung occur and that there are agricultural machines on the road as there are active farms in the village. But a large lush garden where children can play and the adults relax and enjoy the chirping of birds and take it easy after a sunny day at the beach. There have been animals on a few occasions indoors, however, only a few days now and then, but something to think about if you are very allergic. The tenant cleans before returning the key. Booking fee SEK 2000 is payable on booking, the rest is paid no later than on arrival. Bring sheets, towels, detergent, detergent, paper.
