Cleaning is to be done by the guest before departure (cleaning service available at an extra charge). Cleaning products are provided by the host.
A rental agreement will be sent and signed by both tenant and landlord.
A deposit of SEK 3,000 and 50% of the rental fee are due at the time of booking.
The deposit will be refunded after check-out, provided the house is left in the same condition.
The remaining 50% of the rental fee must be paid one month before check-in.
Cancellations can be made up to one month before check-in for a full refund (minus SEK 500 administrative fee).
Cancellations less than one month before check-in are non-refundable.
