Also available for weekends during the low season. Take the opportunity to experience the charm of Öland at any time of the year. Located on a quiet, private, and fenced plot of 2,500 m2. Next door you’ll find a BAKERY/PIZZERIA/CONVENIENCE STORE and SÖDVIKS GÄSTGIVARGÅRD. The BUS STOP is about 200–300 m away. It’s 2 km to Sandvik with swimming, a fish shop, Ica grocery store, restaurants, and more.
Close to GOLF and to the lovely sandy beaches and SWIMMING on the eastern side, as well as the parish’s famous BIRDING AREAS. This is a very popular area for BIRD WATCHERS. During the HARVEST FESTIVAL, there is much to see and experience in Södvik.

A crib, changing table, and high chair are available—just let us know in advance so we can prepare them. Newly renovated indoor shower/toilet with tiled floor. There is also a flush toilet, new shower, and washing machine in the red Brygghuset on the property. Flat-screen TV with Boxer channels. Dishwasher available. Grill, garden furniture, party tent, outdoor/indoor toys, trampoline, and swings are provided. Bicycles are available. DOGS are welcome. NO smoking indoors. Preferably contact by phone. High season during weeks 23–34: 8,300 SEK/week. During low season, weeks 1–22 and from week 35 onwards: 6,900 SEK/week. NOTE: NOT RENTED TO YOUTH GROUPS. Please book early, especially for spring/summer, as weeks tend to fill up quickly.
