Borgholm Villa Nore is a charming house from 1920 in a garden in central Brogholm which was fully renovated in 2010 and now has apartments of 2-3 rooms between 30-55 m2, each with its own kitchen and shower/toilet. The top floor apartment has a sea view and private deck and view of the rooftops of Borgholm, the castle and Kalmarsund.
The kitchen part of the living room/kitchen area is equipped with a large fridge with freezer, stove, microwave and dishwasher so theres all the resources you need for cooking if you prefer to make your own dinner. Otherwise its only a few hundred meters away to all of the restaurants at Borgholm centre.
On the top floor deck theres place for everyone around the table. You can bring dinner to the outdoor furniture in the garden or simply sit down in the sun or beneath one of the apple trees for a while.
The central location at Borgholm makes it only a few minutes walk to the beach, stores, restaurants and harbour.
The bedroom has 3 beds and in the living room theres a sofa bed 160x205 cm. Kitchen/living room has a dining group with space for everyone in the apartment. Theres also a TV in all of the apartments.
All of the apartments are non-smoking and no pets allowed.
