Description
Fishermen houses perfect for a large family or a few families together (14 + 2 beds). The houses are on the right side of the coastal road next to a nature preserve with your own road (about 1400 m) down to the beach where you can swim secluded on the best sandy beach in Sweden.
The buildings are newly renovated in perfect style with help of architects and light designers, of course with all the amenities. All floors are made of ash tree and slate with floor heating for maximum comfort during the cold period.
Main house. The ground floor has two bedrooms with four beds, a combined kitchen (with the Uno Form brand, fully equipped with Gaggenau and Husqvarna equipment), a living room with a fireplace, a connecting greenhouse, a bathroom where there also is a washing machine and a tumble dryer, a hallway with a welcoming fireplace, and stairs up to the second floor.
The second floor has two bedrooms with two beds and WC, and a separate entrance on the gable. The house has a central vacuum cleaner. The indoor lighting is specially designed for giving the best light during all seasons and all times of the day.
The guest house. Living room / pantry with open fireplace and sofa bed for two people, bathroom, bedroom with two beds. Has its own terrace connected to the guest house.
The studio. Combined play room and TV room with open fireplace. A small room with pantry and two beds. By the studio there is a small house with shower and toilet. All the houses have hotel beds for guaranteed comfort.
There are many patios in the garden and also a trampoline and soccer net. Satellite parabol and TV in each house. There are some bicycles which can be borrowed.

The house can also be rented over weekends. During peak seasons from Saturday to Saturday. Age limit 24 years old.
Cleaning after the rented period can be provided for 1500 sek.
Bed linen and towels can be rented for 140 sek per set.
Wood and electricity included during summer season.
