Wake up to the sound of birdsong high on Orupsberget, surrounded by lush forests with walking distance down to a morning swim in Ringsjön.

Welcome to a home where the beauty of nature is central. This charming residence on the enchanting Orupsberget is perfect for those seeking a relaxing retreat. Here you will find a harmonious balance between seclusion and proximity to adventure, with an atmosphere that breathes peace and tranquility.

The house is 110 square meters with a balcony off the bedroom, a large terrace off the living room, and several rooms on the property. It is a classic summer house with open spaces, terraces, and a fireplace in the living room.

The open floor plan means that the hall, kitchen, and living room are combined. The master bedroom includes a 180 cm bed and a covered balcony. Directly opposite the master bedroom, there is a guest room with a sofa bed that accommodates 2 adults or children (160 cm wide).

The third room does not have a bed but can accommodate a camp bed or the sofas in the living room can be used for sleeping.

There is WiFi TV in the living room and guest room. From the guest room, a wooden walkway leads to a wood-fired SPA bath that maintains normal pool temperature in the summer but can be heated to a hot bath if desired, perhaps for a night under the stars.

In addition to the outdoor bath, there is a bathtub and a spacious shower in the house.

If you want to take a walk and swim in the lake, it is about 500 meters away, and a little further there is a larger bathing area (Sätofta beach).

There is a rowboat rental a bit away, and for those who want to rent our motorboat (40 hp Bella 440) for water activities and fishing, this is also possible. Fishing equipment is also available for rent, and we can help with fishing permits and fishing spots. Ringsjön is known for its fighting pikes, zanders, and perches.

In addition to Ringsjön, there is Skånes premier put-and-take fishing for rainbow trout and brown trout just nearby.

For those interested in wildlife, there is the opportunity to stroll in Skånes most beautiful wildlife enclosure, where fallow deer and mouflon sheep live. If there is an interest in hunting, this can be arranged.

At the top of the property, there is another deck where you sit at the height of the treetops and can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun.

There are several gyms nearby as well as paddle tennis courts both indoors and outdoors. We are happy to help organize this.

Behind the house is the Orupsberget recreational area, known for its mountain biking and running trails. Nature is always within reach.

For the children, in addition to fishing and swimming, there is Skånes Animal Park within reach or why not Bosjöklosters large park where llamas, miniature horses, goats, and alpacas roam freely in the beautiful monastery garden. It is well worth a visit, both for the gastronomy and the beautiful environment.
