Description
Winter residence archipelago house 5 rooms and kitchen, with garden and only 350 meters to private dock facility with larger boathouse in the best southwest location, situated in wind sheltered bay in Tjust beautiful outer archipelago.
The house has one and a half floors with full basement and water-borne heat from electric heater. On the ground floor there is a good kitchen with a dining area for 8 people, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. The living room is spacious with a brick fireplace with cast iron insert. LED TV with Boxer package. However, WiFi is not available.
On the ground floor there is also a spacious bedroom with a divisible double bed and a good bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet and underfloor heating. Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms, one with a balcony. Both have divisible double beds. There is also a smaller bedroom with sofa bed. The upstairs has its own toilet.
In the basement there is a laundry room.
Bed linen and towels are included.
The house is undisturbed on a private, low-traffic courtyard with only a nearby neighbor. The plot is 1500 sqm, flat and fully enclosed which makes it suitable for small children and dogs.
The charming boathouse down in the bay has perfect southwest location with sun all day and a large surrounding jetty on all seaside areas with a protruding jetty with swim ladder. The depth is between about 1.3 - 2 meters around the jetties.
A 4 meter long Askeladden boat with a small spin is included.
Minimum rental period is one week.
Directions
Lilla Sandered is 5 km north of Loftahammar. Drive on Route 213 through the Loftahammar community. After about 800 m turn left towards Flatvarp. After about 4 km turn right on Privat väg. Contact us for detailed directions and guidance on arrival.
