A large patio/terrace with outdoor furniture where you can barbecue and watch the sun over the ocean unless you prefer to do this from the large private dock or from the gazebo by the beach which is located approximately 15 m from the house. The house is nicely located on a small island called Äspö in Figeholm which is between Västervik (approximately 60 km) and Oskarshamn (approximately 20 km) with a grocery store, bakery, restaurant / pizzeria very close by.
Close proximity to the marina, golf, public beach, camping, hiking trail (Sw: Ostkustleden) etc. About 70 km to Astrid Lindgrens World.
