We rent our cozy cottage with newly renovated ( 2014) bathroom with shower and newly renovated ( 2014) kitchen with fridge / freezer, microwave , stove + oven . Otherwise , the kitchen is fully equipped . In the living room there is a sofa bed for up to 2 persons and in the bedroom downstairs has a bunk bed. Upstairs are two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds. TV with boxer brief is . The cottage has a large fully insynssyddad terrace with sun well into the evening . There is patio furniture and Weber grill where you can sit and enjoy . The only neighbors you see are the cows who walk past every now and then. The 2,500 sqm large garden has sun all day with natural shade from the trees around the site. Swing and some toys available! The cottage is situated in the small village Södvik , perfectly located between Borgholm and Löttorp / Boda. It is about as far to the baths in Kopingsvik and the little pulse in Borgholm ( about 2.6 mil ) that it is up to the fantastic swimming in Boda (2.5 mil ) and northern Öland seat Löttorp (1.5 mil ) among another Lådbilslandet , restaurants, and most amenities summertime. Do not you want to go far , there is plenty to do in the immediate area. Lovely child-friendly beaches on the east side about 3-4 km from the cabin or bath in Sandvik approximately 2.5 km from the cottage. In Södvik we have a bakery / pizzeria with amazing good sourdough rolls . Kalvhagen offers wonderful outdoor concerts and events with well-known artists throughout the summer. There is also a furniture store , home of the Silver Strand bus company that goes directly to Stockholm , large flea market in July , more restaurants , ICA store, Sandvik Mill and fish shop in Sandvik.
