The house is a 330sq/m (3500sq/ft) timber log house divided over 3 stories.
It will fit even the biggest families or even several families at the same time.
Or perhaps you want to go on a business trip, maybe even take your employees for a trip. Well look no further, combined with the open atmosphere of the house, the view, and the space, you will never feel like the lodge isnt up to your standards.
The house is tastefully decorated, mixing the warm lodge feeling with a New England style of interior, all held up to the high degree of quality we feel you should expect. Of course you will find every piece of modern equipment, amenities, and holiday luxury you can wish for.
The house is located all the way on the top most part of the mountain in Tege. It is the last house, located only 5 meters from the slope. Can you imagine just putting on your skis sitting on the porch and taking off hitting the slopes with energy and vigor you never thought possible since the drive there always took ages? I know I can, because I have. Not to mention the comfort of going out for a ski for just 30 minutes if you feel like it.
A fantastic view is what awaits you, with a view of the lake, the mountains and the village. All to be viewed from any of the three balconies located on different sides of the house.
In the middle of the house on the entry floor is where you will find the heart of the house with a kitchen/dining area and a living room covering 70 sq/m (750 sq/ft). Large panorama windows combined with a roof height of 5 meters (16,5 feet) blur the line between inside and outside. This is where you will be making food, enjoying the meal and all-round enjoy each others company. The kitchen is equipped with all modern equipment and the dining room has a loooong dining table with plenty of seating.
The living room has an incredibly big sofa, arm chairs and a TV for late evening socializing. With a roof height of 5m (16.5 feet) and once again big windows this is an incredibly cozy room that you will probably make you wonder whether skiing is even worth going out for.
On the same floor (entry floor) you will also find 2 bedrooms, with a shared bathroom. And a double entry, one regular entry and one for all those weather beaten skiers covered in snow, here you can take off your skis, boots, and everything possible to let it dry. A drying cabinet and several boot dryers are there at your service. Of course theres plenty of space in the hallway to put your jackets, shoes, accessories. You will also find a toilet, usable by everyone and an elevator leading to the lower floor for those with a disability. Use of the elevator is allowed if agreed upon.
Every floor has several bedrooms and one bathroom. The rooms are big, equipped with high quality beds to ensure a great nights rest and 5 of the 7 bedrooms are equipped with a TV. A total of 5 bathrooms/toilets and a spa room with a sauna, double showers, and a bench to sit on.
The lower floor also has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped laundry room, a play corner for the young ones, and a great cinema room with a recliner sofa seating four, several bean bags and thick curtains to enable you to have the true cinema experience right at home. You have several games and movies to choose from from our very own library so no big deal if you left your USB stick at home. Theyre like the socks getting lost in the washer of the electronics worlds. Youll never find them again.
On the top floor you will find three spacious bedrooms all equipped with two person, high quality beds. A shared bathroom with a sit shower, great after skiing all day. And if you feel like getting lost in a book or just want to relax in general you have a nice indoor balcony with a sofa to sit and unwind looking out over the dining room and the great view that comes with it.
There is private parking available right in front of the house and a engine heater outlet conveniently located there. On the left side of the entrance you will find a lockable shed with plenty of space to store your skis and snowboards.
Broadband wifi is available and every TV has a USB input and boxer card input for additional channels. Final cleaning not included, sheets and towels are provided upon request. No smoking allowed indoors. Pets are allowed but this depends on size and type. However no cats are allowed. Age limit for booking is 30. Only families/adult groups with references upon request. Exchange sunday-sunday, alternatives possible but need to be agreed upon.
A short week or long weekend is possible (sunday-thursday) (thursday-sunday)

Directions
E14 Highway:
3km (2miles) after passing through Åre centre you will find a small bridge over the road with a sign the says Välkommen till Tegefjäll. Right after this you have to take the exit to the left. Turn left once more and follow the road over the bridge. Straight after the bridge keep left and follow the road all the way up the mountain. The last house is where you will be staying.
Åre centre:
Follow the road by the lake towards Duved until you come across a sign on the left side of the road that says E14. Take the turn to the right and follow up the hill, straight over and down again. Drive over the bridge, keep left directly after the bridge and then you just have to follow the road all the way up the mountain as high as you can go until you arrive at the house.
