Living area: 60 sqm Rooms: 3 Beds: 6 Description Welcome to our cozy cottage in Vrångebäck, Brodalen – a peaceful countryside location just minutes from the coast, in the northern part of Lysekil municipality. Here you’ll enjoy views over open fields, salty swims within walking distance, and access to some of Sweden’s best climbing areas. Activities & Surroundings From the cottage, you can walk to climbing routes, hiking trails among the Bohus granite, swimming spots, and the charming Röe Gård café and farm shop. By car, you’ll reach Lysekil or Smögen in about 30 minutes, and the popular Nordens Ark zoo in just 15 minutes. The cottage is located on our farm, next to one of the two residential houses. Here you’ll meet farm animals including sheep and lambs, chickens, cats, and a dog (always kept on a leash). Accommodation The cottage sleeps up to 6 guests and is spread over two floors plus a basement. Ground Floor: Fully equipped kitchen with dining table, stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, and highchair Living room with sofa bed (140 cm), dining table, and TV Upper Floor: Bedroom with double bed (160 cm) and crib Sleeping loft with two single beds (90 cm), accessed through the bedroom Basement (separate entrance from outside): Toilet, shower, and washing machine Facilities: Sunny terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue Access to part of the garden TV and Wi-Fi Child-friendly beach approx. 1 km away Climbing rocks and indoor climbing hall Bro Boulder within a few kilometers Grocery store in Brodalen, about 3 km away Good to Know: Duvets and pillows are provided (crib has only a mattress) Guests bring their own bed linen and towels Cleaning before departure is required No smoking and no pets allowed Please note: The cottage has some level differences, steep stairs, and a few doorways that are slightly lower than standard height. Because of these features, the cottage may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairments. Directions Take exit 101 from the E6 highway and follow the signs toward Lysekil. After approximately 10 km, turn right at the sign for Vrångebäck. Continue for about 3 km. A detailed route description will be provided upon booking. Welcome!
